What hours and days is GrubGo open?
Hour hours are simple, 11am-11pm 7 days a week. (except major holidays) and no, St. Patrick's day isn't a major holiday.
Where is Grubgo.com located?
Our office and call center is located in Saint Louis city in Clifton Heights neighborhood.
What's makes GrubGo different?
GrubGo was developed from the ground up with the notion that having food delivered shouldn't be difficult and cost you a fortune. We utilize proprietary ordering technology to get your orders processed and delivered fast!

Besides fast order and delivery processing we think it food delivery should be fairly priced without hidden fees, markups or extra charges for phone orders. We commit in keeping our delivery fee at or around the same as the price of a gallon of gas.

We wanted to develop the kind of company that we would want to use to order lunch or dinner for ourselves.

How much does it cost?
GrubGo's State-of-the-Art Online Ordering System delivery fee is $3.95 for restaurants within your delivery range. Orders over $150 have FREE delivery. That's all. No hidden costs or charges.
Can I place special instrutions for my order?
For every item on a restaurants’ menu, our ordering system allows you the opportunity to include any ‘Special Instructions’. This feature will ensure the restaurant you order from prepares your meal with the attention it requires and deserves.
Can I order beverages?
Yes. GrubGo.com offers a variety of Coke products in 20oz bottles, Two-Liter bottles, 12 packs and 24 pack cans.
Can I order beer or wine?
Ah, wouldn't that be nice. We are hoping to be able to offer beer and wine in the very near future. We will let you know!
Do I tip my delivery driver?
If your driver is friendly and courteous, please remember that he or she earns a living by your appreciation of their efforts. A 15 - 20% gratuity is customary most orders.

We do apply an automatic tip to all orders over $50.

The automatic tip schedule is as follows: 0-$50 no automatic tip,

$50-$100 15%,

$100-$175 13%

$175+ 10%

In the event that something is incorrect please contact GrubGo at (855) ORDER-GRUB first.
How do I redeem a Gift Certificate?
When you are ready to enter your payment method on the checkout page, you will have the opportunity to enter the Gift Certificate code. The amount will be deducted from you order total, and any remaining balance can be paid with Credit Card.

**(Please note: Gift Certificates, coupons, vouchers, etc issued from the restaurant are not accepted. Only GrubGo Gift Certificates can be used during an order.)

Setting up a Corporate Account?
A corporate account with GrubGo allows your company to cut costs by enhancing expense control and reducing administrative overhead associated with ordering, billing, and reimbursement processes. Sign up today by clicking the "Corporate Account" link on our website.
Can I change my information after I register for an account?
Yes, you can modify your information at any point after registering with GrubGo by clicking on the ‘My Account’ page after you are signed in.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover), Corporate Account/Check, Paypal (via phone orders only), and GrubGo Gift Certificates.
Can I change or alter my order once its been placed?
Well, the short answer is… maybe. Orders may be cancelled anytime before the cooking starts at the restaurant. Regular sized order are placed 45-60 minutes before delivery and larger orders can be placed up to a week ahead.

Orders placed a day or more ahead of time may not be cancelled after 9:00 am of the delivery day. No cancellations may be made within 60 minutes of regular sized orders. Once the restaurant starts cooking, no order can be canceled.

Should something need to be canceled please contact us ASAP.

How long will my order take until it’s delivered?
For regular sized orders, delivery will take around 40 minutes to an hour. Delivery time depends on the restaurant’s work load, your distance from the restaurant, traffic conditions, and our work load.

Deliveries are dispatched on a “first placed” basis. For timely delivery please place your order as early as possible. Larger Catering Orders may need more preparation times.

How does the “Frequent Grubbers Program” work?
It is pretty simple. Order from us 5 times and you will receive a Free Delivery on your next order!
GrubGo is a “Green” business; what does that mean?
GrubGo purchases carbon credits to offset every delivery order placed on our site. We are striving to remain an 80% paperless office. As our business grows we will continue to make decisions with the future of our community in mind.
Can I still order food, even if I don’t have internet access?
Yes! Unlike other delivery services we do NOT charge extra for phone order, just give us a call (855)ORDER-GRUB
Is everything on the delivery menu the same as in the restaurant?
Some items may not be available for delivery, due to limited availability or because they do not travel well. Prices are subject to change without notice.
How far in advance should I place my order?
For most orders a 30 minutes to an hour is enough time. For orders serving 10 or more people, any catering orders, or a corporate affair it is generally best to order at least a day ahead. We are able to work with most schedules as long as the restaurant has time to prepare the order. If you are in a crunch give us a call and we can almost always get it done.
What can I do while I am waiting for my food to be delivered?
We got you covered. Go to our Facebook page and click the “GrubGo Live Office Camera” and check out whats happening in our office. You can even chat with us in real time.

Is GrubGo going to expand beyond Saint Louis?

Why doesn’t GrubGo work with more restaurants in my area?
Good question. It is not our goal to be the biggest Restaurant Delivery Service, but rather the best.

We choose our Client Partners very carefully and work with only a select few. We feel it is important to actually become partners with these companies rather than just showing up to deliver their food.

What is GoBodega and what can I order?
GoBodega is powered by the GrubGo technology and is our "mini store" offering everything from candy bars to lighter fluid delivered to your home or office in about 45 minutes. We carry a couple hundred products at any given time.
How much does GoBodega cost?
Same as our delivery fee for GrubGo, $3.95. no hidden fee's or charges.
Is GoBodega available in the GrubGo service area?
Initially No. The GoBodega Delivery Service is only available within the city limits of STL. Sorry County folks, soon!
